Simon Daruvala
Simon is a 32yr old seasoned and versatile professional drummer based in Newbury, West Berkshire. Established across the session musician circuit, he regularly performs UK-wide and abroad with multiple theatre shows, tributes, cruise ship acts and function bands. With 20 years of drumming experience, and 10yrs professionally - other industry musicians regularly call upon his versatility, ability and track record of seamlessly integrating into their live performances and setups, with or without a rehearsal.
As well as one-off live performances, Simon can be booked for theatre shows, reading/charted gigs, tours, residencies, cruise contracts, recording/studio work and transcription services. Simon also has a purpose-built soundproofed home drum studio to work and record from.
In the second half of 2026, Simon has been performing with ODY•C (4-piece vocal group with electric drums), EPM Productions (Coldplay, Lionel Richie and Morgan Wallen tributes), Light The Beat (Corporate Percussion gigs), and functions & corporates with 10-piece showband 'The In Thing' (Entertainment Nation).
